Our office was established in 2015 by Shira Fabian and Varda Rosenfeld after accumulating extensive experience in the field. Experience gained in performing large-scale private work and working in recognized and leading offices in their field.
Our experience has trained us to adapt and understand the needs and wants of our clients and lead the project from the idea stage through the actual implementation stage. In our office, we place emphasis on listening to customer needs and integrating them into modern architecture functional and impressive.
The firm is engaged in planning and designing public buildings and private construction in Jerusalem and the surrounding area, planning and designing luxury homes in Jerusalem’s old neighborhoods such as: Rehavia, Baka, German Colony, Minchat Yitzhak, Romema, Har Nof etc. Architectural planning for private homes in the Jerusalem area and surrounding areas, designing businesses, issuing building permits and planning changes.

Our staff
Shira Fabian
I did my professional training at the Rivkin Institute and the Vocational Training Center – “Magen” during the school year emphasizing the development of unconventional creativity and thinking while maintaining functionality and practical planning. In the studies we were exposed to different styles in private, public and industrial architecture.
Varda Rosenfeld
I did my professional training at the Neve College in Jerusalem, during my studies I was exposed to the various aspects of the architecture profession by first-rate lecturers and architects, Technion graduates and Bezalel, through which I gained the love of the design and aesthetic profession.
Avigail David
Avigail started her work in our offices in 2019 and brings with her passion for the profession, diligence and decline in detail.
work experience
The beginning of the professional path each of us did separately. Shira specialized in the engineering firm “Moshe Kuznitsov” where she focused on the constructive aspect, standards, protection in the architectural design. She then worked at the Sonnenblick Alboi Architects office dealing with building saturation, institutions, boutique hotels, public buildings, private construction and TA. Immediately there after she went on to architect Anders Francos’ office where she worked on designing luxury buildings in Jerusalem and planning changes, evacuation and TAMA 38. In addition, she worked with Shevson to develop prestigious projects in conservation neighborhoods.
The projects were challenging and filled with unique and complex conservation and architectural details.
Varda worked in the office of architect Ronie Moore in Jerusalem, where she accompanied business owners and apartment owners in Jerusalem throughout the permits and licensing of businesses in the Jerusalem municipality. In addition, she worked in the planning director, where she specialized in depth on the subject of the planning of BUBs, the IAA procedure and licensing, after which she joined the Anders Franks office where we worked together.
After along period of managing and promoting complex and interesting projects with the various entrepreneurs, committees and consultants, we decided to set out on our own and set up our own office that would combine the capabilities and skills of each of us.
